By the act of participating on the Salt Strong Insiders platform, you understand and agree that we are providing this platform for you to post your fishing related photos, comments, questions, etc. to publicly share with other like-minded Salt Strong Insiders members as well as the general public.

And you agree to only post content that is created by or owned by you with you agreeing to take full accountability for any copyright infringement issues pertaining to the content that you submit.

Also, you agree to abide by all of the Rules [insert link to Rules page] at all times knowing that we can terminate your account at any time for any direct or perceived violations knowing that the #1 goal with the platform is to provide a family friendly environment where us anglers who love fishing can enjoy without abusing language or demeaning language from others… those who cannot abide by the Rules will be terminated without warning.

In addition, Salt Strong has the right to terminate any user account (or even the entire platform) at any time without notice. Salt Strong may not be held liable for any lost or inaccessible content from any user account for any reason.

All information transmitted, printed, or otherwise submitted on Salt Strong Insiders shall be deemed to be the property of Salt Strong Insiders, and Salt Strong Insiders shall be free to use any such information for any lawful purposes.

The act of you posting a picture onto the Salt Strong Insiders platform gives Salt Strong Insiders the right to include it in any marketing or promotional activities as it seems fit.

Salt Strong Insiders is designed to be a Family Friendly community, and we have built in custom features to help ensure that curse words can’t be displayed in text form. But there will be links to other sites that we are not responsible for the privacy practices and content rules. Also, there will be embedded videos as well as pictures that may be posted while not being within this community’s core values, so we build a “Report” feature to enable you and other members to quickly and efficiently report any offensive or improper material.

2. Requests for additional information to support your current application

3. Response to your inquiries regarding the status of your transactional requests
